New white document e.g. 512x384, add new layer, shift drag elliptical marquee at centre of pic, fill with yellow,
color change to light grey, draw the 'squiggle curve',
Type Tool, color blue, write your logo,
Ctrl T, (Transform) rotate to correct alignment,
add Layer Style, Emboss,
add some Filter/ Noise, about value 10,
Filter/blur/radial blur also about 10,
Filter/Distort/Spherise, about 50%
Filter Render/Lighting Effects, use Spotlight,
Click background layer, add a sky from your files or Web.
Done.

Collect some avi's of your Friends, save to pc in a folder,
Open Photoshop, click File/Automate, choose Contact Sheet II,
choose 'Source Images' = Folder,
accept remaining defaults or adjust as required,
Photoshop now makes your pic,
Resize to 640 or less if you want to put it on SU,
Repeat the whole process with some more avi's,
Select All of the 2nd pic and Copy,
click on your first pic and Paste the 2nd pic,
Make a mask of the SU logo,
Click Window/Animation,
duplicate the thumbnail in Animation, then in Layers pallette,
hide layer 1, show layer 2, this will echo in Animation so you have to thumbnails one for each pic,
now goto File/ choose 'Save for Web'
