Yeah, there are a few people who posts in the StumbleUpon forums. There are many groups, but many have 25000 members as top.. And of them there are only a couple of hundred who are posting if not less... I think that is because StumbleUpon maybe not is intended to be a forum site, it is more of viewing sites on the internet. I am pretty certain that most people visit FaceBook, which is a site where many are member of.....
I am not a member of FaceBook, although I signed up to check their service and features, I thought it was a joke. Many of my contacts uses FaceBook, I canīt see why.. However, I have seen one girl who is doing nothing but sitting on FaceBook and replying to the many number of guys who writes messages and asking all kind of stuff.. That is one part that I donīt like.. The porno freaks on the internet.
Also known as the Future rapists, they are sick I think. They write "WEBCAM!!!!!" and "SEX" on girlīs sites.. Immature pricks I think... FaceBook is addicting I think, and I can see why. From what I see, they have a lot of games, ability to blog and write messages between two persons on FaceBook.. Itīs easy to get addicted to games, especially if it is about getting top ranking in it..
Most commonly, the life of an addicted person on the internet, which is extremely high currently, very stressy.. StumbleUpon, is a site, that is very nice.. People use it because of itīs usuablity and the discoveries of beautiful sites... I am sure that there are people who are addicted to StumbleUpon, but I am using it for this purpose..
Also, there are many sites who cheats with their user numbers.. And they are very good at hiding it.. At least the bigger sites like FaceBook, StumbleUpon, PhotoBucket and YouTube.. When YouTube got purchased, it later was revealed that YouTube had mixed with the View Stats of their videos,.. For example, they had created users who had watched videos non-stop in months, around 3 videos per second...
Smaller sites, such as forums and other services are also known to mix with their user number.. Of course I am not saying that all sites on the internet are mixing with their stats, but it is commonly... I have been on some forums, and I found a lot of corruption.. For example, the admin tends to throw you out if he suspects that you found at their fake user numbers.. For once, I signed up to a mafia game, after finding out that they were corrupted.. I contacted the Admin, which I knew since way back and stated that I knew that they were corrupted.. He said they werenīt, when I showed some proof such as hacks and bans they had made, he pressed the Life-Time Ban button..
Also, small forums are usually active, but they are very often rude to you if you come in as a new person... I got banned after three days on a forum for talking to a person and asking him about his profile. I told him it wasnīt true (He had a swedish proverb and I found it to opposite). I got banned!
I will never use FaceBook, I rather die then use it.. StumbleUpon is a nice site with their discoveries of nice sites.. Their forums are usually very inactive, however, this depends on what forums you use.. There are some groups that are inactive, some are pretty active.. It is commonly that people who post on the StumbleUpon are returning..
An active forum on StumbleUpon is Stumble Tweaks&Tricks. Another is Firefox..
Awesome-Pictures are pretty active, if you like to post your favorite pictures....

One of my friends was standing in a line with some of his friends. There was two guys who stood in front of them in the line and insulted a girl, who also waited for her turn.. My friend told them to lay off that girl.. The two guys who insulted the girls must have been fucking idiots, they started to attack my friend, who was with his friends.. My friend was way stronger then him, no doubt.. The two guys were out-numbered, I wouldnīt want to know what they are like now..
How can anyone be so stupid that they try to attack a gang who is way bigger then.. I hope the wheelchair suits him, who came with the insults of the girl :D My friend is not to play with.
I hope that guy, who insulted the girl, dies! |

SU is great, it would be nice to see more activity in the discussion groups though, I mean you can only say so much on a review of a user. Perhaps if more items are posted for discussion it will encourage others to do the same and comment. |
